Detroit Residents: Request A Tree In Your Neighborhood
The City of Detroit needs your help identifying tree planting locations in your respective communities. We need your help for the City of Detroit to reach its goal of planting 1,500 trees this Spring and Fall!
As part of Mayor Duggan's 10 Point Plan to improve the quality of life for the residents of the City of Detroit, the General Services Department is leading the way in planting 10,000 trees across the 7 Districts of the City.

Please note: Once the tree request has been reviewed and vetted, it will be placed on the Spring schedule. If the request cannot accommodate within the Spring planting timeline, it will be added to the Fall schedule.
