If you OWN Your Home: Property Tax Relief & Foreclosure Prevention

City/County programs can help income eligible homeowners reduce current and back taxes. If you make below $23,055 as a 1-person household or $32,860 for a 4-person household you are eligible for a full or partial reduction in your annual property tax. You must re-apply annually.

All open accounts with unpaid invoices for services provided by or through PNE will be subject to a daily charge of up to 2% of the total outstanding balance added as a late / inconvenience fee for as long as the account is unresolved with an outstanding balance.
